"This is a Dry hotel. There is no alcohol available at all. Which is fine if they let you know before hand. Its not mentioned anywhere in the information about the hotel. I like drinking on my holidays. I would have not booked it if i knew. I travel 4 months of the year for the last 20 years, and this is the first hotel ever ive been to that it doesnt have any alcohol in the premises"

"As airport hotels go this is a decent one. We only stayed 1 night and no complaints. Did a late check in and early checkout and had no issues. The property and room and bathroom looked clean and bed was comfortable."

"We booked the hotel for a night to stay before our morning flight the next day. Unfortunately check-in was stressful as they didn't have our updated booking. We had to change dates due to the Iran war and had all the confirmation emails however initially this wouldn't suffice. I asked if they could contact Hotels.com but said they don't communicate with them? They asked us to pay again and cancel when we got home but we declined to do that. Our original booking was in 3 days time so questioned why they couldn't just amend the booking which they eventually did. I don't know who was at fault for them not being aware of the change of date but it was 30 minutes we could have done without. The staff were friendly and helpful in general. We ate in the restaurant which was decent and the food and drink was reasonably priced considering it's an airport hotel. We didn't use the shuttle to the road. Our room was clean and spacious with a good degree of comfort. The bed was comfortable. The taxi to the airport was 250 bhat which you can factor into the price if comparing to other airport hotels as some offer free shuttles. Overall after our initial problem it was a comfortable stay. Would I stay again...maybe."

"they STOLE MY PASSPORT AND US CASH then didnt want me to see the cameras. theres a secret door / cameras theyre using to watch the room and go through your belongings. DO NOT BOOK they almost had me trapped in thailand. 000000/10"

"Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Comfortable bed and clean room. Located close to the airport with a very reliable shuttle service. Very good breakfast buffet and many other dining options within easy walking distance. Will definitely stay again the next time that I fly out of Suvarnabhumi Airport. "
