"The service at the front desk was exceptional, it’s just a pity the property doesn’t live up to the images on the website. No lighting in the pool or gym at night making it feel unsafe. The lobby area is tidy enough, but the smell is not pleasant. The room itself is sufficient, the bed is VERY firm, the room we were in had an unpleasant odour for the duration of our stay, possibly linked to the plumbing. "I had an excellent experience at the Skyview Hotel Bangkok. Even though my stay was short only about 2–3 days the service was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel.As soon as we got there, a staff member kindly opened the door and assisted us with our luggage. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and our room was ready promptly. The staff also brought our luggage up to the room shortly after.The room itself was perfect very clean, comfortable, and well prepared. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional.A special thank you to Mr. Lee& M Bank, who was absolutely fantastic, along with the rest of the team who made our stay even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Bangkok!"

"This is a Dry hotel. There is no alcohol available at all. Which is fine if they let you know before hand. Its not mentioned anywhere in the information about the hotel. I like drinking on my holidays. I would have not booked it if i knew. I travel 4 months of the year for the last 20 years, and this is the first hotel ever ive been to that it doesnt have any alcohol in the premises"

"We booked the hotel for a night to stay before our morning flight the next day. Unfortunately check-in was stressful as they didn't have our updated booking. We had to change dates due to the Iran war and had all the confirmation emails however initially this wouldn't suffice. I asked if they could contact Hotels.com but said they don't communicate with them? They asked us to pay again and cancel when we got home but we declined to do that. Our original booking was in 3 days time so questioned why they couldn't just amend the booking which they eventually did. I don't know who was at fault for them not being aware of the change of date but it was 30 minutes we could have done without. The staff were friendly and helpful in general. We ate in the restaurant which was decent and the food and drink was reasonably priced considering it's an airport hotel. We didn't use the shuttle to the road. Our room was clean and spacious with a good degree of comfort. The bed was comfortable. The taxi to the airport was 250 bhat which you can factor into the price if comparing to other airport hotels as some offer free shuttles. Overall after our initial problem it was a comfortable stay. Would I stay again...maybe."

Very good breakfast buffet and many other dining options within easy walking distance. Will definitely stay again the next time that I fly out of Suvarnabhumi Airport. "
