"Good Things: The property is in a great location. It looks exactly like the pictures. They provided a generous amount of starter supplies. It is fantastic that it includes towels and sheets. Challenges: If you reach out to management your response is AI. Generally unhelpful and incomplete. We had plumbing issues when using the clothes washer and some bad smells that were never addressed. There is a fire department within a block, and Everytime there is an emergency the fire whistle goes...

It’s two or three blocks off the beach at 12th St., so you’re close to all the action without paying Boardwalk prices. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!"

"It is a good location, the condo is nice but when we stayed here there is a neighbor that if for any reason she is displeased with you, she will become your personal babysitter. In fairness i will say, you are not allowed to smoke in the building as is all of them. We smoked a cigarette outside on the balcony, a short time later i was called and told you canned smoke on the balcony either and that was fine.
