Comfortable and tastefully decorated in a coastal theme, there will be no guessing that this house was made to inspire good times and relaxation. Our home is in walking distance to the nature trail and biking distance to the clubhouse/pools. Come to the Peninsula and enjoy a resort vacation, full of activities for kids and adults. Golf, tennis, swimming, wave pool, beach as well as a brand new Mini Putt Putt golf area..... too many amenities to list.

When you park in the two car garage, you walk into a mudroom complete with a full size washer and dryer, ironing board and a washtub to rinse out sandy bathing suits. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need; a Keurig coffee maker, toaster over, Ninja blender, Blue tooth docking station/charger, a breakfast bar with stools.
A stocked spice cabinet is there so that you do not have to pack the essentials. The first floor includes a very open floor plan perfect for entertaining or watching over the kids as you make dinner. 50 inch HDTV tv/dvd player with Verizon Fios, DVR and high speed internet. Large dining room table with extension is great for family dinners. Spacious 500 square foot patio complete with lounge chairs and another table perfect for outside dining or reading on a recliner. The first floor also includes a room with a queen bed, and a half bath. Plenty of books and toys, wagon, bikes, big wheel, beach toys and games.
Upstairs you will find 3 well appointed bedrooms. The master includes a king size Temperpedic bed with pillows, large closets, new 50 inch smart tv/dvd player, and Verizon FIOS cable/DVR. Master bath has a large shower, separate toilet, his/her sinks and lots of counter space. Second bedroom has a king bed, full size crib (if needed), lots of windows and closet space. Third bedroom has a queen Temperpedic bed, twin blow up mattress (if necessary), large closet and lots of windows. Full Bathroom with tub and large counter space.
We have an assortment of beach toys, 2 Adult beach cruiser bike, 1 kids bmx bike (6-12 year old), and 2 bikes (good for 2-6year old).

***Passes for the pools/fitness center/clubhouse can be purchased at the clubhouse front desk. *********Guest are not allowed at the Pool or the athletic center on Saturday's. In addition, Rental guest have access to the pools and amenities after 10AM) * As for the Saturday restrictions, Check-in during the High season is on Saturday's at 3pm and would not make sense to pay for that day anyway.

***We only rent for full weeks (7+ days) during July and August.

At the Peninsula you get the best of both worlds, the resort-like setting close enough to the hustle and bustle of the beach world and far enough away to feel as though you have really gone on a peaceful vacation.
