This home stands out from the rest with its impeccable furnishings, extra accoutrements, and prime location directly on the Peninsula's championship Jack Nicklaus golf course. Unlike interior rentals this provides privacy and direct pond and golf views from a screened-in porch and living spaces. In 2021 we completed a new back patio overlooking the 4th fairway and pond which features a built-in grill & refrigerator, bar top seating, as well as a gas fire pit adding a whole new dimension of fun!

Comfortably sleeps 8 in its 3 bedrooms and loft space with 3 ½ bathrooms. The main level features a huge great room with lots of window and natural light, a gas fireplace, new wall-mounted 65” 4K Smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, Verizon FIOS, Apple TV and a Bose Wave Radio & smartphone connector. We offer the best FIOS TV package including 455 channels, the major movie channels and NFL Red Zone. Free ultra high-speed WiFi is available throughout the house. The gourmet kitchen is well-stocked for cooking in and includes stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

The 1st floor master bedroom features a king bed, two walk-in closets, large private bathroom and a 37” 1080p HDTV. The second bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The third bedroom is suited well for kids with two bunk beds sleeping four. The loft is a multi-functional room featuring a large, soft leather sectional which converts to a queen bed, large play space with game table, Blu-Ray/DVD player with a HUGE and highly curated selection of 760 DVDs, 5.1 speaker system, a brand new, wall-mounted 65” 4K Smart TV as well as a 60-1 tabletop arcade game. The second floor also features a full loft bathroom. The first floor has a mud/laundry room with full washer and dryer.

Guests will have access to the world-renowned private Jack Nicklaus golf course ranked as a top course in Delaware, and located right outside our back door. This home’s location also has direct access to the nature trails, fishing pier, private beach, Lakeside Village Center featuring tennis/pickleball courts, wave pool, spa, outdoor adult pool, terrace grill, Olympic-sized indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, beautiful gym and yoga studio, lighted basketball courts, and large kids game room and nature center. There are also water sports on the bay through paddle-board and kayak rentals.

We truly believe its the little things that matter the most, making rentals comfortable, fun and memorable, so we’ve gone the extra mile. On the comfort side, we installed sleek and beautiful remote-controlled ceiling fans in all living areas, as well as dimmers on nearly all light switches for better mood lighting. We’ve hung beautiful local artwork throughout, featuring beach scenes from renowned photographer Kevin Fleming. In the “fun department” we recently added the cocktail table 60-in-one “multi-cade” arcade game to entertain the kid in all of us. For family movie night in 2020 we excitedly unveiled a turn-style DVD rack containing 760 hand-picked DVDs of all genres, including many family & 80’s classics you just won’t find on Netflix. Building this collection was a serious undertaking but true labor of love. We also stocked up heavily on bikes, featuring 6 beach cruisers including one with a pre-installed Topeak baby carrier. By providing this many bikes we hope to save you significantly on rentals and we find that this is the best way to get around the community. In the garage you’ll also find a large bin filled with pool and beach toys for the kiddies. Finally, we’ve stocked the garage with beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, and even crab traps and a steamer pot!

Please note: Amenity fees (for use of the Peninsula resort pools, fitness, tennis, etc.) are not including in the quoted rental rates and are purchased directly from the Club upon arrival.

Note: During the in-season (May 28 – Sept 5th) the fitness and pools are closed to renters on Saturdays.

2022 amenity rates (excluding golf rounds) are as follows.

In Season
Weekly: adult $100, child (6-15) $47
Daily: adult weekday $15 & Fri-Sun $25, child weekday $8 & Fri-Sun $10

Off-Season
Weekly: adult $51, child (6-15) $30
Daily: adult $10, child $5.

Tennis and Pickleball courts are by reservation at $10 (in season) and $5 (off season) for 90 to 120 minutes of play with reservation made up to 5 days in advance and up to 2 per day.

Please note: LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED. All beds have comforters and pillows, but guests bring their own linens, beach/bath/kitchen towels. Linen providers are available upon request.

Please note: Your rental includes only the first round of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), as well as hand and dish soap. Guests are required to bring paper products and clothing detergent.

Please note: There is a two car maximum.

Note: We own three rentals on the same street to accommodate larger groups. In addition to this 3BD we own a virtually identical 3BD immediately next door (Homeaway/VRBO listing # 4105209). We also own a 5BD up the street (Homeaway/VRBO listing # 7394321).
