"The pool was very dirty way too much chlorine and dirt all on the floor the hotel was very musty and humid with the smell of dog the room itself was clean but the TV did not work half the night there were no towels in the pool area we called the front desk to tell them and they brought 3 towels with 4 of us in the pool"

"Close to highway, kinda weird to be on a one-way road, but not their fault. Price was good for a summer weekend. The room has seen some better days and the toilet was very slow to refill. Sink was outside of bathroom, big plus. Small fridge with no freezer section. Bfast was very minimal, there is a waffle iron but we had 3 shots at it and couldn't get it right. A new one would do wonders. Ok hotel and the price could be right, but there are many others off the same exit."

"Breakfast was abysmal. The choices were cold cereal, toast, yogurt, pre-packaged oatmeal and danishes. The orange juice from the machine was horrible. There wasn't even creamer for the coffee. Late check in was after 7pm. They could not find our reservation from Expedia. They were pleasant and friendly. The next morning, our reservation still did not show up. The owners were pleasant and helpful, but now we have to track if we were charged by Expedia AND the hotel. The rooms were...

"Staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was lacking."

"Website stated that they had continental breakfast, but they do not have it anymore"

"Our room was spotless, the only thing that wasn’t was the fact they’re currently doing renovations throughout the hotel. Stairs to upstairs rooms get locked at night and can only be accessed via key card, which adds some peace of mind. Staff was very helpful and if we find ourselves in Salem IN again, I’d stay here again."
