The Quonnie breachway, dock, and Quonnie pond are within easy walking distance. The kitchen is well-equipped and the deck out back was delightful for a cookout. The home is very neat and clean, a typical Rhode Island beach house. The owners were kind enough to return to us a small item that we left behind! We highly recommend this listing. It was perfect for us. "

The house and grounds were super-clean and ready when we arrived, and the house was well-stocked with cooking, linen, entertainment, and beach supplies! "Had a wonderful time at the cottage for a long weekend. The beach is a short walk away and we loved the convenience of the supplied beach cart. Brenda was extremely communicative and attentive when I had a couple of questions arise. You can see the water from the attached porch- we loved taking in the view each morning and watching the sunset at night!"

"LeighAnn is a wonderful host and offers a quaint and cozy home for a beach or restful getaway. Private, yet accessible to beaches and local color. People in the area were very friendly and it was tough to leave. We rode our bikes to nearby Charlestown Town Beach and our favorite East Beach was a short drive away. The house was well equipped and we wanted for nothing. You can eat inside or outside on the deck. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage and to watch...

"The property was exactly as described and very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there and well stocked,-paper towels, dish soap, kitchen sponge, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There were even beach towels and games. The neighborhood was quaint and pleasant for morning strolls to the waterfront. Two great breakfast places were within walking distance, and Newport was a short drive away. We will definitely book again. "
