Welcome to this Coastal style, 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome that is excellent for your next vacation getaway. Located in the amenity rich community of Bishop's Landing, in Millville, DE, this townhome offers extra space for your group, amazing amenities in the community, and is located just a short drive to Bethany Beach, the boardwalk, shopping and fabulous restaurants.

This home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including, spacious living room, large screen TV, a fully stocked kitchen with a huge island, comfortable dining area with seating for 6 plus 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar and everything you need to prepare meals at home. WIFI and laundry room for guest's use.
Each of the 3 bedrooms, one the second floor, are tastefully decorated and feature a king bed in the primary bedroom suite, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom.

Fresh linens are included with your reservation. Linen package includes sheet sets for each bed and bath towel sets per person.

Bishop's Landing is located in Millville only 3.5 miles from Bethany Beach. The current community amenities include an Olympic size pool, children's pool, tennis facility, playgrounds, fitness center, and Club House. The community also comes with a shuttle service that runs from the main clubhouse to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Guests are required to pay the prevailing rate and complete an application online prior to the start of the reservation. This property comes with 8 wristbands and 1 fob for entering the community pool. As per HOA, no additional bands or fobs can be purchased. $25 fee for lost wristband & a $50 fee for a lost fob will be charged to the Guest if those items are not returned on check out. The HOA is responsible for the cost not the availability of any amenity in this community.
