After spending a LOT of time researching the island of Brac and villas for my family of 4 (including two children of 14 and 16) we booked this villa. The owner Annet, was very prompt in replying to queries that I had prior and after booking.
We spent a week in the villa from July 27th. I would say that the villa in reality is even better than the pictures and it is very spacious with lots of outdoor space with a lovely little pool. There was plenty of room for 4 of us but I think you could easily sleep up to 8 or 9.
Marijana, who manages the villa for Annet, was there to meet us on arrival with a tour of the villa and we were encouraged to contact her at any time with any questions, which we did....she was very prompt in her responses.
The villa was very clean and had all the facilities that you need including a handy washing machine and drier. A fantastic addition was that you could use a little motor boat and 2 kayaks in the small harbour of Bobovisca, a 2 minute walk down the hill.
Bobovisca itself was a beautiful, quiet village set in a very small harbour. There is a small beach along one side and numerous places to have a dip in the lovely clear sea. For us, it was a perfect location after a busy time prior to our arrival in Venice and then Split. The village has a very very small shop, a bar and 2 restaurants. We tended to drive to Konzum supermarket in Sutivan for our supplies. We visited several beautiful beaches/ villages in Brac, which is a stunning island, including the famous 'Rats Tongue' in Bol.
I would definitely recommend this villa for its size, layout, facilities and location.
