"My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. Our room was one of the smaller ones upstairs facing the rear of the property. We quickly overcame a booking misunderstanding, to mutual satisfaction, and Giovanni was most helpful in every way (even checking our tyre pressures to resolve a warning on the car dashboard). "This property was a great find for exploring Mount Etna. The room was basic but clean and soon soon felt like home after emptying your suitcase! Travelling with two teenage boys, we had a quadruple room and a view of Mount Etna from our balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner on the roof top terrace and the food was excellent! We stayed for three nights and also ate at another excellent pizzeria 5 minutes walk away.
