DONT STAY HERE

The check in was ok but when I got into my room it was dirty. Trash was in the cabinets and I could tell the room was not cleaned thoroughly at all. Sticky spots on counters and I can tell the bed sheets were not washed from the last person who stayed there. It was very loud at night with people walking around all hours. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. I did not sleep good because of this and the bed was like a rock. I’m very disappointed about my stay I do not recommend this location.

Entrance is aweful, dirt, smelly, about as bad as you can think. Room was okay. Nobody answered the phone had to go down stairs get answer. Cheap rate if you just need a place to sleep. Area looked okay. Not a place for families or ladies.

Its a pandemic people

Guests services were great, however the upkeep and cleanliness of the property is in question, and during these times those are the things a customer wants and will pay a few dollars more for.

Friendly staff but that’s about it.

Stayed for just one night on July 16 2020. Booked the single queen bed. Noticed brown crumbs after I pulled the sheets back when I was about to sleep. Remote for the TV didn’t work. Refrigerator was loud and bothered me through the night. Bed was uncomfortable. On the brighter side, front desk staff were nice and accomodating. Unfortunately due to Covid I was told they stopped giving out on the go breakfast altogether.

Horrible stay will not be going back ever. Made a reservation through Hotels.com they never received it had to go to the front desk twice to figure out what the issue was because they said they don’t have my reservation and they did not believe I made one that I was staying there even though I showed my confirmation and even called hotels.com customer service in front of them. It smelled of cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room also there was a sex toy in one of the cabinets. Super inappropriate zero stars for this place!

200 cash deposit

Was charged a 200 cash deposite and payed for a king bed was given a full size...then they kept my id and credit card overnight after calling "the manager" giving who ever it was my ssn and credit card info including cvv and expiration the lady was rude and although she spoke impecable english she insisted on speaking tagalog to the unlnown person on the phone. I asked twice that she speak english. We went to bed hungry after a hard day of travel because she held my cc and id making it impossible to order food. My id was never returned. Other guest said they were not charged the 200 cash deposit leaving me to believe my trans identity or my husband being biracial had something or all to do with this treatment .. Clerk could not show me in print anywhere evev online that such a deposit is required. I prepayed unrefundable online

We were on the first floor, and the people above us were so loud 4 hours and hours and hours. We finally change the room around 3 in the morning and my boyfriend had to be at work at 4:30 in the morning. So needless to say we got no sleep, and it's kind of a hassle to get moved. If you ever stay there just don't stay on the bottom floor. It is two times in a row now that we've stayed there that we've had to change to another room due to the noise from the people above us.

Not the best hotel but decent

I booked one night stay here. The room was fair but kind of old and dirty looking. The bed was ok but not the best or comfortable mattress. The bathroom was fair but the toilet didnot work well. The hallways smelled like pot smokers even though it is a non smoking hotel. Overall, if you cant find any other hotel, i would recommend this one last. it's not the best hotel but it's decent.
