"hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff were very welcoming. Parking outsude (paid) In a great pisition for The Hoe, Theatre Royal and city centre. Downside was our room was on 5th floor, no lift and stairs were very steep. Would stay again but only on the proviso we were on a lower floor (we are both the wtong side of 65 and struggled). Good choice of breakfast foods. I had french toast with fruit n maple sauce. Partner had the same next day but was only given one sliced strawberry and no blueberries -...

"The venue is very well maintained, quite pretty with lots of green and the room was clean, tidy and equipped with iron and board, too. Food was fine. I had a nice staying. Staff could do with a bit more of customer service skills, they weren’t the most friendly people, they wouldn’t acknowledge customers walking in and they preferred talking to each other, but they were young and I guess lots to learn still. Other than that, everything was good."
