119 Louisiana Ave- Welcome to your Broadkill Beach retreat—where coastal living, natural beauty, and relaxation come together in perfect harmony! Escape to the charm and tranquility of coastal living in this beautifully maintained Broadkill Beach cottage. Nestled between the allure of the sea and the serenity of nature, this beloved retreat has been meticulously cared for. Thoughtfully updated and boasting bright and open in the main living space with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere year-round. The sunroom offers a front-row seat to breathtaking sunsets over the Primehook National Wildlife Refuge. An outside shower makes post-beach cleanup effortless. Just a short stroll from the sandy shores of the Delaware Bay, this home embodies classic beach cottage charm.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the decks.

Pet friendly with a $250 non refundable pet fee per pet. Only dogs are permitted.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $184.20.

2-3 Night Stays- Shoulder and off season

Bedding- 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Singles

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
