"We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. I do wish there would have been a way to contact the front desk as there was no phone for that in the room. There are a lot of restaurants near by which is nice. "

Excellent value. All staff very friendly. Would stay again. Taxi (card from reception) to OVO arena £15 had to get uber home at £46! "

"If you’re a tourist who is looking for an affordable place to sleep and an easy way to get around London, I doubt if it gets better than this hotel. I loved it. The staff was kind, the tube was literally around 30-40 steps away, the line was a major line, and they fed me a great breakfast (included in the price) every day. There are definitely fancier places to rest your head, but this place did a great job of combining quality, reasonable cost, and convenience. "

"For us, it was a really good location. Main West Hampstead shopping street at the end of the road and train stations just five minutes’ walk. The room was very pleasant and seemed recently equipped. "This is a great hotel to stay at if you are planning a trip to Wembley of even London centre. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from station. We had an excellent time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms look recently refurbished and were very comfortable. Overall an excellent hotel at reasonable price and would certianly recommend."
