- Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, all guests must sign a rental agreement. For rentals longer than 30 days, a residential lease is required.
- No smoking inside the house.
- Pets are welcome but should not be left unattended.
- Events or outside guests must be approved by the host in advance, and additional charges may apply.
- Please turn off lights, fans, and other appliances when not in use and before you leave.
- Please inform the host immediately if the property is damaged or requires special cleaning.
- Balcony Use Policy: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, balcony use is permitted only until 10:00 p.m. A $500 fine will be imposed for any use of the balcony after this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring an enjoyable stay for everyone.
