The space comfortably sleeps two with a Full size bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room has a loveseat which is not recommended as a sleeping area due to its compact size.

- 3min. drive or 15min. walk to Fiserv Forum, Wisconsin Center and The Rave
- Walkable to cafes, convenience stores, and quick service dining

Parking:
- Parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood
- Alternate side street parking: on even-numbered days park on the side of the street with even house numbers, on odd-numbered days park on the side of street with odd house numbers
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on 13th, 14th, 15th, and Kilbourn but not allowed on 16th or Wells
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced). Just call the city at 414-286-8300 on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. - If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

Other things to note:
- This vintage building may lack the bells & whistles of a luxury building or may need more TLC from time to time. However, we've thoughtfully furnished the space with comfort and functionality in mind

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay $200 refundable security deposit
House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $40 charge for unreturned keys
