Cleaning service comes and clean the entire place daily from dishes, bed, pool cleaning, floors, outdoor area and even sorting out our personal items like folding clothes etc. There’s two specific females that usually work the afternoon and night shifts that we really enjoyed their company, they were lovely, helpful and always greet you with a smile on their face. Beyond the training, the resort is well manicured, an excellent restaurant, infinity pool, games room, and massage facilities. "We've been here before so we already knew that the rooms are worn, that there's no WiFi in the room (and in the public areas where there is - it's poor), that the grounds need more attention, and that the public restrooms near the sports desk are disgusting. The boats are also awful, with uncomfortable plastic benches. We returned anyway because the view is spectacular, the pools are fantastic, and the food at the restaurant is OK and reasonably-priced.
