"The accommodation was as advertised. No unpleasant surprises. Wood fire kept the house cozy. We were there late autumn, it would have been a great addition to have a wall heater in the bathroom which was outside on the back porch. Otherwise I would recommend a stay for those who can tolerant Taranaki temperatures. The easy close walk to the Whangamomona Hotel was the icing on the cake."

"The bach was great 3 minutes walk to the beach. Dune 3 and 4 are connected by a locked door but there is no sound proofing so you can hear everything they say in the next room."

"Suited our short stay in NP very well. A step away from the beach, we were fortunate to have a front unit with green space which opened up the unit in a pleasing way. Really tidy and easy. Just a note for those who want absolute peace and quiet: while designed very well for privacy, sound will travel from busy feet on the decking behind (we were situated at the front). Putting that aside, a good place for a short stay."
