70m² T3 apartment on the 1st floor of a small secure building, to rent for the holidays, in the pedestrian street of Mimizan Plage in the heart of daytime and nighttime activities.

For a capacity of 4/5 people, it includes a fully equipped open kitchen, a large living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with WC, a bedroom with a 140/190 bed, a bedroom with 2 90/190 beds and a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street.

A private and numbered parking space is allocated to the accommodation, in a secure residence.

Apartment located in a noisy area, however the rooms are opposite the nuisances but risk of noise.

BED SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL.
(Please bring the essentials: toilet paper, household and beauty products, paper towels, salt/pepper, oil, etc.)

To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax (from €0.83 to €4.40 depending on classification/night/person) as well as the deposit (between €500 and €1000).

Die Wohnung ist nett hergerichtet und man könnte es hier gut aushalten. Wären da nicht die Nächte. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei Strassen-"Cafes", die sich ab 22.00 Uhr in discos verwandeln. Bis ca 3.00 Uhr schaukelt sich die Lautstärke gegenseitig hoch. An Schlaf ist nicht zu denken.
