Situation exceptionnelle pour cet appartement qui est prÚs de tout. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Pas de wifi inclus. Gros bémol pour le bar en face de la résidence qui est bruyant avec la musique jusque tard le soir.

Un petit appartement trÚs bien conçu et aménagé, idéalement placé dans Mimizan plage, avec une vue sur l'océan magnifique et des commerces tel que boulangerie, supermarché et restaurants à quelques minutes à pied. Je tiens également à remercier les hÎtesses de l'agence pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ( petit problÚme matériel à l'appartement réglé dans la matinée )

Appartement bien situé, proche de l'océa et des co

Une belle vue sur l'ocĂ©an et un espace trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ© avec une aire de jeux pour enfants, un restaurant, un espace dĂ©diĂ© au sport et des espaces dĂ©tente . Par contre, beaucoup de passages et de bruit mĂȘme la nuit. Pas de place de parking attribuĂ© au logement, beaucoup de difficultĂ© Ă  en trouver. Le logement est bien Ă©quipĂ© mais la literie est Ă  revoir absolument. Odeurs nausĂ©abondes de l'usine de papier certains jours. TrĂšs belle region avec de belles balades Ă  faire Ă  pied et Ă  vĂ©lo.

Une location plutot bonne. L’agence nous a fait tout de meme patienter une heure pour recuperer les clĂ©s du bien. Situation trĂšs bonne ( vue ocean , acces rapide a la plage / acces rapide au centre de Mimizan plage ) en revanche bruyante ( Bruit des soirĂ©es / passages de personnes Ă  heure tardive / entretien de la commune). Prevoir de se garer au grand parking Ă  5 min Ă  pied car difficile de trouver une place libre prĂšs du bien.
