Location wonderful. Apartment bad

The apartment was wonderfully situated but with an awful lot of faults; the main one being how dirty it was! Only one bedside light was working in the main bedroom and the two in the spare bedroom were broken. Wonderful views from the main bedroom but if you like fresh air be prepared to sleep with the blinds open as you can’t have window open if blinds closed. Sofa was filthy so never sat on it. Interhome staff were apologetic but the owners need to spend money on getting faults fixed

- sehr gute Lage der Wohnung: direkt am Strand, hervorragende Aussicht auf Meer und Strand, fast im Ort aber ruhig, Restaurants, Cafes, Bistros, Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbarDie Wohnung braucht etwas Pflege und Instandhaltung. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist in Ordnung.Die Betreuung durch Interhome ist in Ordnung, die Erreichbarkeit des nahegelegenen Büros ist ein großer Vorteil. Alles in Allem, ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt.

Lage top, Wohnung abgewohnt

Die Lage ist klasse, der Zustand des Hauses und der Wohnung zeigt, dass sie die beste Zeit hinter sich hat. Küchendinge waren lieblos in die Schränke geworfen. Außerdem viele kleine Mängel (Defekte Tassen im Schrank; Kühlschrankgriff abgebrochen, Licht im Inneren defekt; Griff der Glasschiebetür fiel immer ab und die Tür liess sich nicht verriegeln; Staubsauger funktionierte nicht richtig, der Schlauch war abgerissen). Hier schaut niemand mit Herz und Hand mal hin. Schade eigentlich.

Meerblick und tolle Lage

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick. Gute Lage, alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Hin und wieder Nachts unangenehmer Geruch von der Papierfabrik. Könnte besser geputzt werden! Schäden an Inventar und Möbeln etc waren letztes Jahr schon vorhanden und wurden nicht behoben.

Dringender Renovierungsbedarf- tolle Betreuung durch das Büro vor Ort! Sind zum 4x in der Wohnung gewesen. Aber: Sofas müssen mit einer mitgebrachten Decke abgedeckt werden.... Balkonmöbel schlecht.... Preis an der Obergrenze... Ein Internettanschluss einrichten! Der tolle Ausblick lässt die Mängel vergessen. Sind als Ehepaar immer dort gewesen und dafür ist das Rumangebot und die Konstruktion als Maisonett super

Strandurlaub

Sehr gute Lage, toller Strand, Wohnung renovierungswürdig, Bett muss erneuert werden, leider ging der Fahrstuhl dauerhaft nicht, Probleme in die 3. Etage zu gelangen. Der Fahrstuhl war total verrostet, keine Elektronik. Nicht für eingeschränkte Personen geeignet. Tiefgaragenplatz zu klein.

Dommage, l'emplacement est parfait, mais l'appartement manque cruellement d'entretien, beaucoup trop d'équipements cassés ou en fin de vie: - store terrasse qui ne demande qu'à se décrocher - store de la chambre déchiré / cassé / manivelle qui reste dans les mains - douchette baignoire qui ne fonctionne pas - odeur d'égoûts dans les salles de bains - clic clac hors d'usage - plaque de cuisson capricieuse - lit trop ferme (mais c'est personnel...) et bancal... - etc... Inacceptable selon moi...

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Einmal um den Häuserkomplex und schon ist man am Strand. Und abends geht man ein paar Schritte und man ist direkt in der Einkaufsmeile. Nachts sehr ruhig, das Meeresrauschen hört man höchstens. Der Blick vom Balkon einmalig. Die Innenausstattung ist gut, alles vorhanden an Küchengeräten. Auch alles sehr sauber. Das Auto steht in der Tiefgarage sicher und geschützt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Beste Sicht auf den Atlantik

Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Einrichtung könnte mal erneuert werden - aber noch in Ordnung. Super gute Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer! Rangierkunst ist beim Einparken auf den sehr engen Garagenparkplatz gefragt. Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der Wohnung und haben für 2022 schon wieder gebucht! B.B.

Appartement spacieux avec magnifique vue sur l'océan et parfaitement équipé. Attention logement inaccessible aux personnes handicapées ou fragiles car l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas. Personne ne nous avait informé de cela.

Goed appartement, mooi uitzicht en een gezellige plaats. Min punt: als de wind niet goed staat heb je last van de papierfabriek, en de lift is niet in gebruik.
