For shared use: property (fenced), public parking on the road. Supermarket, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Labouheyre" 30 km, park "Landes Aventure" 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake "Aureilhan" 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, surf school 700 m, riding stable 7 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand Bassin Arcachon 70 km, Biscarrosse 40 km, Casino Mimizan- Plage 1 km, Centre Nautique 7 km. Hiking paths: Parc naturel régional des Landes 45 km, les logements sont anciens et rustiques.
    3-room terraced house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (1 hot plate, mini-oven, oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (filtre)). Shower, sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace. Verbesserungsfähig

Der Checkin war super. Leider wurde das Objekt nicht gelüftet, war alles bei der Anreise ein bisschen muffig. Ausstattung in Ordnung. Alles was man brauchte in der Küche vorhanden. Leider für 5 Personen nur ein zweier Sofa. Zimmergröße gut. Fernseher mit deutschen Kanälen. Bei uns nur öffentliche, bei unseren 2 Haus für meine Tochter alle Kanäle. Dafür hatten wir Wlan und die nicht. Lage ist top ,alles zu Fuß erreichbar. . In großen und ganzen zu empfehlen, Preis Leistung stimmt.

Bonjour, nous avons été ravi 5mn à pied de la plage des magasins en ville 10mn d'un leclerc. La maison très bien manque juste un barbecue et au moins un lave linge

Petite maisonette idéalement placée à mimizan Plage, top pour les stages de surf et le leche vitrine

Maison avec un petit jardinet sans vis à vis. Bien équipé en vaisselle. Deux chambres spacieuses. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants.
