"We had a very satisfying and excellent experience during our 8-night stay at INNEST HAKATA. In fact, we felt at home. The room (we booked a superior triple room for 2 adults and 2 kids) was spacious and very clean, with a balcony. It had a functional kitchen, with all required utensils and tableware, a two-stove induction cooktop, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. "No lift but we stayed on 4th floor. One night it ran out of hot water in a sudden, and nothing they could do about it, just told us to wait till the next day. Other then the issues above, other things are ok. The room is not big but it's reasonable for 2 people. Not recommend for families, but ok for single traveler or couple. "
