"部屋はとても良いです。家族で滞在するのに便利な作りや設備になっています。出来れば長期滞在してみたいです。立地的に繁華街の中心部に近いので、逆に夜まで騒々しい場所でした。これは便利さとのトレードオフですね。夕方渋滞して現地に行くのも駐車場を探すのも一苦労でした。駐車場は付近に沢山ありますが、満車だったり、行くのが大変だったりでした。総合的には満足しています。"

"Stayed here for overnight for our Kumamoto trip. The hotel is run by a sweet older gentleman named Mr. Tagami. He was very excited to greet us and show us our room. The room was very clean, had nice bedding and great shower/bathroom amenities. Full kitchen and living room area also. We booked through Expedia but this can be found on multiple travel websites. Great experience! Would stay here again."

"部屋は入った瞬間から子供達は大はしゃぎでした！ロフトにとても喜んでいて、大人も素敵なお部屋に大満足でした。掃除も行き届いていて、あと駐車場もちゃんと完備されていたので助かりました。お風呂のイスが子供用の小さいイスしか無かったので、大人用もあるといいな、と思いました。一つ残念だったのは、チェックインの手順についてのメールが3日前に届く、という事でしたが、それらしきメールは届いたものの、全部文字化けしており、解読できませんでした。部屋に入れるのか不安になりながら、部屋に到着した所、ちょうどタイミング良く現地スタッフの方が立ち寄られていたので、チェックインの手順等、丁寧に教えて頂き、無事に宿泊できたので良かったです。 "

I like how simple and clean the rooms are - amenities available at lobby to take, and the free breakfast is always a highlight of the stay because nothing beats waking up to a nice warm cooked meal. I'll always recommend Toyoko Inn to others!"

"The room was clean however you can’t check in early, which is something you should note if you arrive before three. There is no included breakfast. There are a lot of stairs within the actual room itself, which is a trip hazard in the middle of the night. We checked out a day early as the bed was very uncomfortable and very low to the ground. "
