When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. "The place is gorgeous, and the conditions were great. It is located in a beautiful, quiet area, surrounded by trees. Both Peles castle, the park and the city center are situated at a walking distance (max 30 minutes), but you can also take a bus or an Uber to get there.
