"We absolutely loved our time at the grove! So much, we are actually planning to go back next school holidays! Sean & Beth’s beautiful property was exactly what we needed to rest & reset. The property is expansive, rustic, quiet, homely and has everything you could possibly think you might need when getting away from suburban life. It honestly was the perfect winter getaway & nothing was too much trouble for these lovely hosts. Our highlights included meeting Harold the incredibly friendly pony, seeing the cows come close to the property at night, kayaking on the creek & cozying up on the lounge by the indoor fireplace. It’s not often you find a place that caters for larger families but this one does! It had enough room in the lounge for us all to be comfortable, 2 toilets so there was no arguments over the bathroom & even larger pots / cookware that so often you do not find when travelling as a larger family. We did bring our air fryer as teenagers can be fussy, but that was super easy. We also brought extra blankets in case, but again this was taken into consideration & we did not have to bring anything extra other than ourselves, our clothes, air fryer & some marshmallows! Finally, the biggest plus that will continue to drive us back, is the fact that it gave our Great Dane the chance to have lots of room to run & explore. She just loved playing with Harold through the fence & even got the chance to meet Buddy the hosts’ dog. Thanks again, you have repeat guests in us!"
