"Check in is fast, but the staff will not ask you what kind of room you like, or on online booking, for example if you like it with a view, higher floors/lower floors,. The sliding cabinet door in our room was detached and they did not check that before they put us in there. The restaurant is good but they should prioritize their guest to make sure they have access to it at all time and not on the waiting list when they're ready to eat."
