"The water flow for the toilet stopped late in the night to the morning and we were not able to flush the toilet. The young girl at the snack bar was so rude and unattached to her job. It's unbearable. The lady of the checking account was very nice. Please tell your people not to recommend anyone going to that restaurant down the street. They called the police on us because we didn't want to pay for the raw fish that they served us. Everything else was wonderful, clean and perfect for one...

"The staff were great and the hotel was generally nice. The AC wasn't working for the first few days of our stay and the staff did relocate us to another room which was slightly cooler. The indoor pool was also nice but we had to pay 5 euros each to use it and had to purchase swimming caps for 5 euros too. Location is 45min-1 hour form Porto and that journey got a bit arduous every day. The local area around the hotel is a bit dead but there's a decent outlet mall about 15 mins away."
