"In der Küche stand noch Müll, auf dem Balkon der gefüllte Aschenbecher des Vormieters, in der Dusche und unterm Waschbecken waren Haare an den Fliesen... Ein Zustand mit dem ich bei Freunden kein Problem habe. Bei einer bezahlten FeWo...naja... Für Monteure sicherlich super, für uns als Familie eher nicht so wir würden nicht wiederkommen. Der CheckIn und CheckOut war mit Schlüssel auf den Briefkastenrand gelegt, sodass jeder zulangen könnte..., wer weiß ob man da nicht ggf hinterher belangt...

"Wir waren übers Wochenende hier mit unseren Kindern (7M & 3J)Eine wunderschöne große Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen, in der man sich auch an regnerischen Tagen absolut wohl fühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und auch alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Ausblick auf das Schloss und die traumhafte und ruhige Umgebung lädt zu entspannten Spaziergängen ein. "Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet außerhalb von Bielefeld und ist damit am besten mit dem Auto erreichbar, Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist groß, jedoch haben wir schnell festgestellt, dass es dreckig war. Über der Dusche befand sich ein riesiger schwarzer Schimmelfleck. Allgemein war das Bad in die Jahre gekommen und nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Das erklärt vermutlich auch das fehlende Bild vom Bad in der Anzeige. "Beautiful hotel, a real asset when visiting Bielefeld. Gorgeous combination of heritage and future hospitality. Enjoyed the location, the modern lobby spaces, quick check-in, uncomplicated yet again memorable, maybe a welcome beverage in the lobby would be nice just to top the luxurious premium experience one has come to expect from a Steigenberger property. My warm was very comfortable, modern, very good air-conditioning, bedding and the huge TV, nice hairdryer in the bathroom. Also amenities in the bathroom could be better including a comb and toothbrush & paste. The complimentary mineral waters are a welcome touch, a welcome note was on the other side literally missing and would certainly enhance the positive hospitality received. Loved my dinner & drinks in the Essbar, and the breakfast is very nice too, also the placement of seating spaces should receive renewed thought since it can get rather full in the Palmengarten. One would also wish that there's an ala carte choice at breakfast too to round up the premium feel of the experience. Overall, a beautiful hotel, very friendly service and location too direct across the central train station. As for me, I recommend the hotel wholeheartedly and would love to stay with you again in the future. Warm Greetings."
