The second room offered was a handicap assist room where the hot water took 5 minutes to come through. The room was on the 2nd floor and looked out over a busy road and with no double glazing it was very noisy. The air conditioning unit was noisy as well. The staff were friendly and we had a nice meal in the restaurant."
