"The property was just beautiful. Very easy to get to. The surrounding trees and grounds were gorgeous. The cabin has a nice warm cozy feel without being dark and claustrophobic. Nice large TV in the living room and two bedrooms and the kitchen was furnished with anything we would have needed. If I were to buy a cabin up in Blue Ridge, this would be exactly what I would want. Thank you so much for the hospitality and our wonderful stay, we’ll be back.!"

"It’s a cozy home right on the water and we fell in love with it. It was a family girls trip for a couple of nights. We went shopping in downtown Blueridge and grabbed some pizza from Mountain Mystic Pizza on way in. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch enjoying the view. We loved that the home had everything labeled and the kitchen was set up to cook. We also loved the gas grill and ate dinner one night out there. We wished we had another night to make a fire at the fire pit and just soak it up some more. We can’t wait to plan another trip to the mountains and stay here. (Vrbo required I give a star rating for the winery experience but we didn’t visit any. So I marked it 5 stars so the review would post. I’m sure they’re nice! )"

"Chardonnay Chalet was exactly what we expected and more. The cabin was clean and well equipped. We hiked 23 miles in the three days we were there, and it was great to be able to soak in the hot tub when we returned each evening. Our favorite “room” in the house was actually the deck with the fireplace; it was where we watched sunsets and listened to birds each evening. We would definitely stay again."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the river! The setting was relaxing and quiet. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It checked all our boxes. We found the best time to fish was from around 6-8:30am since dams are released throughout the day. The location is convenient to Blue Ridge and McCayesville with plenty of wildlife to view! Ellen is a wonderful hostess and quick to respond to our questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!"

"Loved this place. We had great time, huge deck, open interior. Quiet area with basically just animals scurrying around outside. The property manager was very responsive and eager to help. Plenty of room for our 6 plus more."
