Our room was very clean. Staff was wonderful! We accidentally left some clothes in our room, and the front desk called us! We were most appreciative, blown away actually! My husband is going back there next week for business; they will return them to him. My husband has stayed at other places in town but Best Western is his favorite! The breakfast was better than usual, also. We will definitely be back!

Hot breakfast was better than most, coffee good. The room was clean, check in and staff was great, but the hotel was way too expensive for Mineral Wells. $150 night, but only decent option, guess that's why it was so high. Hotel needs updating, sheets and towels left a lot to be desired. Adequate for a quick overnight.
