"Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal da. Aber es war schon besser. Grundsätzlich ist es immer noch ein super Hotel. Daher schreibe ich nur was diesmal nicht so gut lief. Das Frühstück am Sonntag ist großartig. An den anderen Tagen fehlt aber einiges. Saunatücher sollten am Spabereich verteilt werden. Wir haben für Vier leider nur ein Handtuch bekommen. "We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. "Die Lage ist super, allerdings sind die 4 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt. Sämtliche Türen quietschen, sodass man die Zimmernachbarn hört. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel recht hellhörig. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts (1 Woche) wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt inkl. des Badezimmers. Im Bad sammelte sich der Staub und der Schimmel (an der Decke und in der Dusche). "4 nights in mid October. Solo female age 69. Property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, much appreciated. WiFi outstanding. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, each day there were some different tasty offerings. Hot food too. The chef is clearly top notch. Bonus: a carafe in the room for filtered water, dispenser located in the lobby. Heated floor in the bathroom! I would absolutely stay there again!"

"Hotel je velice zastaralý. Před 20 lety byl učitě fajn, ale nyní to je špatné. Jídlo v restauraci málo teplé, než donesete ke stolu, je studené. K večeři si nelze objednat pití. Naprosto nevyhovující časy podávání jídel. Snídaně až od 8 hodin. Horší je to u večeří, ty jsou jen 17-19h. V zimě by to bylo OK, když je v 16h tma, ale v letní sezoně? Také by bylo fajn, kdyby přišel email, že v den příjezdu je večeře jen do 19h. My přijeli v 18.30h a recepční mne ani neupozornila, že se máme jít nejdříve najíst a až pak na pokoje. Recepční ani servírky něchtěly mluvit anglicky, jenže já polsky 100% nerozumím. Ani mi neřekla, že mají boční vchod do patra mínus 1, odkud jede výtah. Takže jsme museli všechny kufry a tašky vytáhnout po 20 schodech z recepce do patra "0" k výtahu. Až večer jsme si to sami zjistili. Základní informace měli vytištěné v češtině. Měli jsme 3 pokoje a dali nám je ve dvou patrech a upravit to nešlo. Noční stolky drží silou vůle. Matrace proleželé. Zárubně našich dveří sotva drží u zdi. Úklid v sobotu neprobíhal, i když na webu je psáno, že je úklid denně. Ohledně bazénu by bylo dobré, od kolika do kolika hodin probíhá plavecký trénink dětí, aby se tomu hoteloví hosté vyhnuli. Lokalita je hezká, výhled z horní terasy také."
