Il posto è sicuramente bello e, nel complesso, ci siamo trovati discretamente bene. Tuttavia, considerando il livello della struttura, alcune mancanze sono difficili da ignorare. La colazione è stata l’aspetto più deludente: offerta poco varia, con circa 8 proposte dolci su 10 costituite da crostate, peraltro di qualità modesta. Anche il salato era principalmente composto da diverse tipologie di pizza. I cornetti, di qualità pessima erano terminati e non sono stati rimpiazzati nonostante la richiesta; ci sono stati invece suggeriti i pasticciotti, serviti freddi. Mancavano inoltre latte, marmellate e creme spalmabili monodose. Anche le consumazioni in camera hanno lasciato perplessi: nessun listino prezzi nel frigobar e le capsule di caffè, che pensavamo fossero una cortesia, sono state fatte pagare 2 € l’una, senza preventiva indicazione del prezzo né ricevuta. Considerato il costo, ci saremmo aspettati almeno un prodotto di maggiore qualità. All’arrivo, inoltre, il bagnoschiuma era già aperto e utilizzato a metà e non era presente una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia. Infine, non è stato possibile pagare la tassa di soggiorno con carta e anche in questo caso non è stata rilasciata ricevuta. In definitiva, la struttura è esteticamente molto bella, ma occorre trasparenza specialmente

Jätte fin fastighet. Ligger bra för att ta sig runt till olika bad i området. Skönt med poolen på eftermiddagen. Stora bekväms rum. Ac i sovrummet fungerar bra! Mycket bra frukost och jätte trevlig värd. Lätt med parkering i området.

A propriedade é bonita , o café da manhã muito agradável , todavia pelo espaço que existe poderiam ter camas bem Maiores pois espaço não falta e tinha apenas 2 itens de banho para uma hospedagem de 3 dias

Comunicazione e check-in perfetti! La struttura è meravigliosa, situata nel centro di Minervino, camere ampie e ben arredate. Bellissima la zona piscina, curata e pulita. Bella la terrazza usata per la colazione, buona ma darei maggior spazio alla parte salata con un po’ di prodotti tipici locali (formaggi e affettati). Viaggio spesso per lavoro e, una cosa sempre gradita e che consiglio, è far trovare in camera una bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto e una cialda di caffè

Uma casa maravilhosa que precisa de ser renovada

O Hotel è Muito Giro pero Os colchões e travesseiros eram de péssima qualidade. A casa de banho deveria ser un pouco mais moderna. O ducheiro é pequeno de mais. O café da manhã não tinha quase nada de frutas num lugar onde as frutas são tão boas. Em suma para o preço falta qualidade. Minervino di Lecce fica perto de tudo e ten excelentes restaurantes

Staying at Palazzo from the 15th century!

We had a very big suite with high ceiling - it was a bit dusty but otherwise clean. The owners were very friendly and my boyfriend said he had one of the best tiramisu's in his life here. Staying in such a beautiful and well maintained old Palazzo was a unique experience.
