The room was cold when we arrived and it took hours for it to be comfortable. I think heat should be turned on early when there's a prepaid booking.

Downtown Collingwood Condos
Room was nice clean and fine. The auto door code thing never worked, and when I asked for the code or keys they almost seemed annoyed. Saying that the send it and I didn't get any info or messages. Also the couch in the room was a tiny chair. And the walls didn't have much sound insulation better ...
