"Beautiful location. Friendly welcoming staff. The front desk staff were very helpful but some of them seemed to lack the knowledge to answer some of our questions about the activities advertised. Perhaps they were training new staff for the upcoming busy season. We were very pleased with the 2 hotel activities that we participated in"

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. "The cottage is beautiful and well situated on a peaceful lake. It has spacious and well equipped. living/kitchen area. The bedrooms are well laid out and comfortable and the bathrooms are luxurious. Since it is Autumn we enjoyed using the wood burning fireplace. The area is great for walking and running and it is a nice drive to Port Carling to look through shops and pick up groceries. "Lovely stay on Lake Muskoka with so many amenities. We enjoyed sunbathing on the large deck at waters edge, while others swam, used the free kayaks or canoes. Two swimming pools were also available. Dinner in the Touchstone Grill was excellent. "
