The staff is very, very nice and very accommodating however, the guests that stay there, I wish I could say the same. I was awoken at 1 o’clock in the morning until 4 o’clock in the morning from the Next Door guest, which I called to the front desk three times and nothing.

The kitchen was clean and linens were nice and clean. Continental breakfast has waffles, bagels and toast that was fresh and healthy. I reported a few broken things and said there is not a problem and they are aware of the damages. Was affordable for weekend stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Don’t expect a breakfast because all they had was toast a couple Eggo waffles which were gone by 7:30 am. Room was nice as it had 2 stove top burners, sink and medium sized fridge if you planned on cooking. Only bad thing about the room was the shower was not the cleanest or best shape.

First off, the staff we interacted with were very polite and professional. Now for the bad. We had room 324. Upon entering the room there was a moldy musty stench. It wad making me ill so we had to open the windows. There was a full open Mt Dew can on the windowsill and the windows looked like they'd never been cleaned. There was a busted and ripped recliner that should have been in the dumpster. The shower was leaking and spraying all over the ceiling, making the ceiling paint peel and accumulating water damage. The shelf in the shower was about to fall off the wall. There were lipstick stains on lampshades and weird brown stains in the bathroom. This place was disgusting. If we hadn't been dead tired from a 9 hour drive, we would have left. Luckily, we only needed to stay one night.

Wish the kitchen had some dishes or pans or something. Breakfast was very limited. But otherwise we loved this hotel. Staff was nice, room was clean, great price and super comfy bed. Our new fave hotel in the cities. Thete doesnt seem to be any near by restaurants or anything.

I was not familiar with the area. The night clerk I really didn’t care for. I thought he was a bit unprofessional. I really enjoyed the room I was staying in. Great view from my window looking at another roof. I felt safe in the area.
