The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Waste from kitchen and bathrooms may be consolidated into larger bags and left in the bins inside the garage. Please leave garbage and recycle bins out on Monday night at the end of the rear driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Overnight number of guests may not exceed 10 . The total number (guests and visitors combined) may not exceed 15 at any time.
The home can’t be used as a meeting spot for group travel to or from other destinations. No Party House!
Only two vehicles may park along the front public street. Additional private parking is available on the rear driveway and in the single garage.
