The shower drain didn't work during our entire winter stay. I reported the issue to the front desk and asked that it be repaired while we were out, but after two repair attempts, the drainage problem became even worse. In addition, the bathroom fan did not work, and there were flies in the bathroom throughout our stay.

The king size room was nice. Very clean, I did check for bugs! Hope I didnt miss any! Breakfast was the standard. Edible not delicious! Coffee was great. The first shuttle ride from Airport was great, the guy came around opened my door got my bag. It was great. The ride to the airport not the same, we were all waiting in the lobby for our time to leave. The driver was also just hanging out. When we all left to get in we all broight our luggage around to the back for him to lift in the back. Then he got in and pushed the button to open the door. It was a cold day. Maybe he could have warmed it up a bit before we all got in? It was warm by the time we got to the airport. Otherwise, everything was great.

We love staying here for Park and Fly. Just a few steps to Lone Oak Grill. We had to Uber back to the hotel when we returned, but it was actually quicker than waiting for the shuttle. Plus the hotel picked up the tab!

Below average. We stayed half the trip at holiday inn express which was much cleaner, larger rooms and no parking fee. Parking lot was overfull. Loud night placed next to a basketball tournament crew. And hearing/cooling unit was extremely loud. Refrigerator also didn’t work.
