We chose the location because of parking. We paid 27$ per day during check-in for parking that allowed in and out entries. The parking lot was connected to the hotel via skyway which felt safe. We also liked that they had a microwave and utensils and a water dispenser for guests to use in the lobby. The staff were very professional and kind. Our stay was smooth and we would stay here again.

Unbeatable location, walking distance to 1st Ave and Target Field. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. Only downside is leaving the property, key card needed to even enter the lobby, likely a security measure as the sidewalk outside was crowded day and night. No on-site parking means walking to a near by parking ramp and hauling all your luggage to the hotel.

Stayed here one night for a concert. Highly recommend due to how convenient the skywalk is connected, you won’t have to worry about using a car or traffic after events. As a solo traveler, the skywalk access also felt much safer than traveling on the sidewalks.

Perfect location to stay when going to The Target Center or Target Field with skyway access to both. All the staff from the fast fast fast check-in to checkout were so extremely nice. Especially the guy who checked us in on 8/24/2025 at 3:00pm. He gave us so many useful directions while checking us in and getting our parking pass. We will stay here every time we need to be in downtown MPLS.

Went to Minneapolis to catch a Twins game. This hotel is very convenient to get to the ball park. It was a short walk on the sky way and we didn’t even have to go outside. Outside there was a lot of construction which was not so great. The hotel staff were friendly. Room was ok, it was a little small and furniture dated. Free breakfast was good. They also gave us free food and drinks at the convenience store which was a nice surprise. We have been to 27 ball parks so far and Downtown Minneapolis is below average.
