The staff were amazing, Kaitlin at the front desk and Randi in the breakfast area were spectacular. Excellent customer service and overall just fun to interact with during our stay. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Staff was good. Our first room's door lock was non functional, allowing anyone to open the door without a key card. Staff gladly switched the room upon notifying them. The second rooms bathtub faucet ran a constant stream of water no matter how you moved the lever. Pool area could use some maintenance. Any corner or nook was discolored with possible growth or long-term staining. Kids splash area had chilly water for a pool. Overall a okay stay but would be hesitant to stay there again.

The hotel was the perfect stop before a race the next day but was clean, easy to access and had a nice restaurant that we could walk to. Breakfast was good and overall a great stay.

We do a lot of road trips. This Holiday Inn was 5 star. Super helpful, friendly staff. Nice size room, very clean, good lighing and updated. Enjoyed the breakfast. We would definitely be return guests. Great eatting right next door at Short & Tall.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was incredible, very helpful from questions over the phone, to making sure our room was ready for early check in and that we had everything we requested. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Having the Short and Tall restaurant right next door was an added bonus to our stay. We were so impressed with the overall happiness of the staff that it made our stay wonderful and we will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!

The breakfast buffet was top notch daily, great selection, well stocked and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room I was assigned had a broken air conditioner, and phone didn’t work. Upon returning to the front desk, I was assigned a different room that was fine. Unfortunately new staff handled the swap incorrectly which led to me being charged for both room. The manager handled quickly and reversed the overcharge. The rooms are in need of a refresh- worn carpet, stained toilet and tub. Cleaning did a good job daily with what they had to work with.

Everything was great. Front desk staff was awesome. Breakfast was good. Other Holiday Inn Expresses have an in house bar/restaurant but this one doesn't. Not super convenient but they have partnered with a local place next door. Only down side was I asked to have room cleaned before 8am and while they restocked towels and made the bed, they didnt change the sheets and pillow cases. I know this because my granddaughter had a bloody nose and the spots were still on the pillowcases.
