Building and property were dated. A little updating and upkeep was needed, but the staff was very attentive to any need and top notch. Breakfast was as expected and the nearby area felt safe.

Room was okay, comfy bed but property is in shambles from parking lot pavement falling apart to dirty windows with dead bugs, broken blinds, pool looked horrible, dirty. Breakfast was rubbery eggs and undercooked bacon. Waffles were good. Room was clean but things are wearing down even toilet seat.

Great stay

We had a very nice room and wonderful staff especially Jay. Nice breakfast every morning. We were supposed to have a room on the 2nd floor but Jay gave us one on the 1st floor due to my father limping a little and no elevator.

Great stay!

I was please with my room and the stay. The pool is a little small but nice if you have one or two families inside. I did not get a chance to get in the hot tub as it stayed full. It was well worth the price.

The bedroom and bath were both spacious, with two queen beds and a large counter in the bath. We spent 5 nights and had no problems sleeping or going around the area to several activities. The breakfast was OK, but I would have preferred bagels instead of the waffle maker.

A hidden gem in Lakeville,MN

This hotel was a block off the main road, maybe thats why we were the only ones there on Friday. The hotel was clean, didn't notice any needed repairs, and our room was perfect. What a pleasure.

Pleasant basic hotel with friendly staff

My son and I stayed at this hotel to go to a nearby medical procedure. The building is older but the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally courteous. On our checkout day they let us have a later checkout that would work better with our scheduled procedure.
