"Room had food crumbs, pieces of candy etc on the floor. Furnishings in need of repair in room dented , air conditioner cover rusty and leaked water. Reported to staff at desk he sent notice to staff to clean. Came back from shopping room cleaned but food still on floor. Will not stay there again ..."
