"The staff was hit and miss. When we arrived, we had a ton of bags and had our dog in tow and no one offered to assist with our bags. It was quite hectic to unload everything and then park the car. Upon checkin, the lady did not offer any info on the property, nothing about the shuttle, nothing about restaurants on property or breakfast times. Once we got to our room, which was supposed to be a universal studios view, it was disappointing that it wasn’t really a universal studios view. It was a side view. Our room faced an apartment building. I figured it was a mistake and went back to the desk and they said they don’t really have a view even though they charge extra for a view. It’s really a side view. Outside of the view, the room was nice. No microwave. 2 complimentary bottles of water. The elevators are super slow. Overall, I would stay again, as the location was perfect for universal."

"Great property and location. Had a bit of an issue with my room but it was quickly rectified. Hotel is full of amenities including a shuttle to the parks. Would definitely go back. "

"The parking cost and "resort fee" is really a stretch. Thats an extra $100. Remember Disney resorts do not charge resort fees and parking is free. Also, Disney transportation gets you closer to park entrances. Like Magic Kingdom, Disney bus transportation gets you to the main gate where as Swan/Dolphin bus transportation drops you at the transportation and ticket center and you have to then ride the monorail or boat to Magic Kingdom. Small things that add up. It was our first time staying and will probably be our last. We will go back to Disney resorts while on property."

"The DRURY in Orlando was a great stay for my husband and I. The hotel offers a great full hot buffet breakfast. There is also a 2 hr evening relaxing complimentary drink break. There's a huge welcoming pool with an excellent pool bar serving food and delicious drinks.The hotel offers shuttle rides to nearby Disney theme parks and Disney Springs. The room we had was large and very comfortable. The desk manager Shawn Patrick Kelly was so welcoming and pleasant to us and to EVERYONE WHO HE SAW! I overheard Shawn speaking to a non-English speaking guest through google translate on his phone...he made the guests feel very comfortable and he even offered to order them a rideshare from his phone when they needed to go out. This is truly the human service every hotel should provide. "
