"This is more of a motel. Loud maids early in the morning outside the doors and on the second day of my three night stay all the hot water for some reason was off all morning and afternoon, so cold shower or nothing. There wasn’t any reason given and a time of return wasn’t given or rebate given. The rooms are dated and so is the bar and restaurant. After 2 days without room service I was told by customer service they only clean the rooms every 3 days."

"Arrived early for early check in and still had to wait almost 5 hrs to get in my room. They advertise for many activities but there really aren’t many at all. No chairs at the pool for free or to buy. It’s like going to an à la carte restaurant, you literally have to pay for everything. You would think the resort fees would cover chairs for the pool or at least parking but nope. Stayed a week and had to pay $210 just to park smh. Looks beautiful online but it’s outdated and barely clean, hallways were dirty the entire week we stayed. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Will never stay here again!!! Visited family that stayed at summer bay resort around the corner from here, must bigger and cleaner property with more amenities and parking included. Would much rather have stayed there.."

"The room was nice, no elevator, had to carry the luggage through the stairs to get to the second floor. Not an issue for us but should be stated. Very close to the park. Awesome for the price. Would definitely be back if in the area. "

"The staff was amazing, rooms were cleaned promptly everyday if needed. The pool was nice! The kitty pool was not filled all the way up and did not look clean. Splash pad was perfect. The hot tub was nice as well. I wish there was an adults only hot tub section. I wish the food was more reasonably priced so we didn’t have to leave to find cheaper. You also have to pay for parking per night. "
