"Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Can definitely hear your neighbours through the walls. However, we were on the main floor near the Waterpark and it was quite noisy with people running and screaming down the hallway late into the night on the weekends. It made getting our toddler to sleep difficult. We enjoyed the free breakfast but wanted a bit more variety by day 7 of our stay. We would stay here again in the future but request a room on a different floor."

"I rented this room for the pool area and of course it was closed. They don't tell you that until you're checking in and so you spend over 100 for a room that's not clean, I was very disappointed "

"The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl"

"Great stay for a work show up here. The property staff were friendly and accommodating. I received multiple clear communications about check-in and check-out that made our experience very smooth. Facilities are clean and well kept. No major concerns or issues. I'd stay here again."

"We did not have an arm chair in our room, only a desk chair. It seemed odd. Very clean Hole in bathroom door Handle in shower was barely able to turn off water. Glad that curtains did not cover the heating/cooling unit."
