"The location is super clean and the staff was AMAZING. The front desk had this super helpful and smiley staff, her name was Megan, she was so great to deal with all our questions. I had some business in Lockport, IL and the girlfriend stayed back with our pup. It was too hot too be bringing our 8 year old lab everywhere so Megan was able to let us late checkout. Our stay was super relaxed and easy."

"From checkin, 6.20 till checkout, 6.22, the front desk, staffing, and vleaning crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. The hotel is positioned perfectly close to restaurants, expressways, shopping, and things to do. We were there to unwind and was looking for a peaceful and quiet time, that, we had.. thanks agsing especially to the front desk employees. we will be attending the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Midway airport early next month.. your team at the Bolingbrook location deserve " top job" badges lol.."
