"It was impossible to get to get a spot at the pool as people would put their towel and then disappear. There were not many chairs to accommodate this. Otherwise an amazing hotel that really goes out of their way to provide amazing customer service. I would stay here in a heart beat. The helped arrange a taxi to and from the airport, a rental car and upgraded our room without me asking for it. All very friendly and helpful."

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and offering great recommendations. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We also appreciated the pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Crete. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania!"

"We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view."
