Like anywhere else there are pros and cons. The main pro is the location, it is located right at the city centre, close to many restaurants and beautiful city attractions (Internacionalnaia 15). The lady on the phone is nice and responsive. I would say it's the only pros that I can mention.. Cons: not so clean, old property, on the 5th floor, without an elevator. Terrible smell of cheap refresher that can't be ventilated.. Musical school sharing the same park, the noise is making you feel in cognitive dissonance.... NO Parking, good luck to find one. Overall I can't say it was a bad experience, but not so great..

Convenient location near Capital Mall, Independent Square and the Railway Metro station. No elevator, walk-up apartment not for the faint hearted if you have big & heavy bags Old and dusty interior, strong unpleasant odour Big bedroom and big shower room but run down setups or hardware. There was a washing machine but very old (20 years) model and no user instructions. Ceiling lights in sitting area not working, downlights not working, kitchen exhaust fan not working, old rusty greasy utensils, pots, cutlery, cups, plates, rusty kettle. There was a small cockroach crawling around for 2 days in the kitchen area till I managed to kill it one evening.

PLEASE CLEAN THIS PLACE, IT WAS AWFUL

very dirty from the entrance till the smelly ir durtu bed linen. the apartment was not cleaned at all. dirty floors, curtains, walls. prickly dust on the floor, under the sofa in the living room. carpet, chairs stained and dirty. under the beds in the rooms you can find a lot of interesting objects as a bonus to never-ending dirt. TV with non-working remote control, air conditioning dusty, dirty. the forge is in a terrible state of dirt. you won't look at the bathroom without tears. bed linen smelled of sweat or dirty feet. one set of linen was clean and did not stink. on the positive side - it was possible to check in early and check out later. these are the dirtiest apartments I've been in. terrible, terrible, I want to disinfect myself and all my things. We could not rest normally, because we took turns sleeping with the only non-stinking bed set.

The apartment is in the very heart of Minsk, excellent location and there’s a very good and cheap Italian restaurant around the corner (the kind of place that would cost €50 in Europe but it’s 4 times cheaper and better). The apartment manager Andrei will go out of his way to help you. He picked me up from the airport and helped me buy a SIM card for my phone, outstanding service!

5th floor with no lift, constant messages sent from the owner of the apartment to me, not great at communication and the owner needs to attend some type of course on hospitality, taxes and fees were about 50% and they wanted an additional 20 Euro for registration with the police as well as having to personally go get medical insurance even though I already have international travel insurance... the floor creaked with nearly every step you walk in the apartment and sitting barefoot in the kitchen at the table left me with black feet from dirt and dust which was not cleaned up... I had to re-wash the dishes when I first got there as the sponge used was covered in grease, had to change out the sponge to a new one, also had to buy toilet paper, as they only supply less than 1 full roll of toilet paper in an apartment that can easily accommodate 5 people... this owner just wants your money, they don't care about providing you a good service, and they also keep trying to get you to pay them to take you to the airport, even though I never needed that either

ミンスクの門　すぐ近くのアパートメント

空港からは送迎をお願いしました。時間通りに迎えに来ていただきました。気さくな運転手さんでした。チェックインも同時にしていただき鍵を渡され2日滞在しました。 ミンスクの門の横に位置するアパートメントでしたので大変安全快適に過ごすことができました。 ショッピングセンターと駅、　バス停などすべてが近辺にあります。 ショッピングセンターは23時まで開いていますので大変便利。 周りに食事ができるところもいくつもありました。 いろいろな観光名所にも歩いていくことができる場所です。 部屋はたまたま４Fで階段のみでした。ほかの部屋は２階や３階にもあるので 予約時は荷物の量に応じて何階か最初に聞いておいた方がいいのかもしれません。　　 滞在した部屋は広くベッドルーム２部屋ありサウナまで部屋にありますので ゆっくりすごすのにもいいとおもいます。 お水やお湯の問題なしです。（お湯が出るまでにすこし時間がかかります。） WIFI良好。 お茶などの用意や食器洗い洗剤、タオルなども備え付けがありました。 親戚の家にでも遊びにきたような気楽さもあり 長期滞在もできそうです。 帰りも同じく空港までは送迎をお願いしました。 時間通りに来ていただき空港に送り届けていただきました。 アパートメントなのでチェックインは事前に連絡必要です。
