"This was a beautiful and quiet setting perfectly located for our interests which were hiking the Appalachian Trail, exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway, and enjoying a day trip to Thomas Jefferson’s home at Monticello. The property was clean, well laid out, and functional. Communication was clear. We had a wonderful stay."

I give it a 4 star over all stay due to the 2 bedroom has more of a closet door instead of a true door that had difficulty closing at night. All new appliances were perfect for cooking dinner at night and perfect location to do the Nelson 151 wine tour."

"The location of the house was perfect for what we had planned for the weekend which was to attend several wineries over our 3-day weekend. A lot of them are withing 10-15 minutes from the house. We were also only 10 minutes from the entrance to the Shenandoah National Park so it was an easy access to hiking and picnicking. The reviews do mention that Interstate 64 runs close by the house and you can see it through the trees and it was noisy but we were only at the house at night so it wasn't...

"We came for my daughter’s wedding at King Family Vineyards. It was a perfect spot to get everywhere we wanted to visit easily. The house is beautifully decorated and we had a ton of natural light for hair and makeup before going to the venue. I would love to return and spend more time visiting wineries and breweries. The area is gorgeous!"
