"Great hotel! The room had a comfy bed and pillows. I loved that there was a desk and chair. The room is really dark and quiet at night. Close to the train station so easy to get to Cinque Terre. Make sure to contact the hotel before checking in since there is no one on-site. I had trouble checking in because of this. Also, I had trouble with the wifi working/staying connected."

Called the local phone number and they sent a link via WhatsApp to complete check in information online. "It is conveniently located by cafes and a less than a 10 minute walk to the trains. The host was very helpful about tourist attractions. Tea, coffee, and croissants were in the room waiting for us. The place can be a bit difficult to find since it is on the 2nd floor of a building with apartments. We found it by seeing the small sign on the building as we walked past. "

"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."
